Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds available. If you have any issues with your order, or do not receive your order within the time frame of the shipping option you chose, please email us at puraselfmerch@gmail.com. We can discuss further solutions.
Due to hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges on hair products.
Shipping Policy
After placing your order, please allow 2-4 days for processing.
US Priority (Express) Shipping - 2-3 business days not including weekends
US Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days not including weekends
We currently do not ship worldwide.
Please always double check your shipping address before placing an order to avoid an interruption with your order.
*All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at your local USPS in order to investigate this issue. We will not be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
